When our customers contact us, we arrange an appointment to arrange a meet/visit and find out what is required. We have been working with charities for almost 5 years and therefore have an understanding of their quality control and can give you an accurate description of what would be accepted for in-shop-sales.

We will assess the items and create a quick inventory to list what charities can and cannot sell. After the inventory listing we can give you a quote based on the work required, the amount of items for disposal and the number saleable items. This only takes about 15 -20 minutes. We hold a waste carrier licence and dispose all of the non-saleable items legitimately to a commercial waste depot.

If you decide to use our services, we will arrange a new appointment when we come to your home with 2-4 trained staff depending on the size of the job. All items will be packed safely and with care in our own boxes and bags, whilst selecting the things that will go to the charity and ones that will be disposed. Once we have completed the job, we walk around with our customers, making sure that everything is done according to our agreement.

We will provide all of our customers with a list of items disposed and take full responsibility for the process of disposal. Once all of this is done, we will hand over an invoice and take payments
